Delivery

Delivery is available to supported addresses in Malta.
Final delivery eligibility is confirmed before checkout.
The standard delivery charge is €5 per package unless a different amount is clearly shown before payment.
Delivery is fulfilled through FastDrop or another clearly identified delivery provider.
Available delivery dates and estimated timeframes will be displayed during ordering or communicated in the order confirmation.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete, accurate address and a reachable telephone number.
Please ensure someone is available to receive temperature-sensitive products.
Additional charges may apply for re-delivery where delivery fails because the supplied address was incorrect or nobody was available. Any additional charge will be communicated before re-delivery is arranged.

Please contact info@amberandtruffle.com as soon as possible to request cancellation.
Orders may be cancelled before preparation or dispatch where reasonably possible.
Cancellation may no longer be possible after dispatch or after preparation of personalised or specially assembled goods has begun.
This does not affect mandatory consumer rights.

Certain rapidly perishable food products may be exempt from the standard withdrawal right.
Sealed goods that are unsuitable for return for health-protection or hygiene reasons may not be returnable after the seal has been broken.
Unopened, non-perishable products that are legally eligible for withdrawal may generally be returned within the applicable statutory period.
Please contact us before returning an item.
You may be responsible for return costs where permitted by law and where the product is not defective, damaged or incorrect.
Your statutory rights are unaffected.

Please inspect deliveries promptly.
Contact info@amberandtruffle.com as soon as possible if a product is damaged, defective, incorrect or appears unsuitable upon delivery.
Please provide the order number, a description of the issue and clear photographs where appropriate.
Reporting issues within 24 hours helps prompt investigation but does not remove your statutory consumer rights.
Depending on the circumstances, an appropriate replacement, refund or other legal remedy may be offered.
Amber & Truffle will cover reasonable return or replacement costs for confirmed incorrect, damaged or defective goods where legally required.

Please follow the storage instructions shown on the packaging and on the product page.
Temperature-sensitive products should be refrigerated promptly where instructed.
Amber & Truffle cannot accept responsibility for deterioration caused by failure to follow storage instructions after successful delivery, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Processing time after issue depends on the payment provider or bank.
Delivery fees may also be refunded where required by law or where the full order was defective, damaged or incorrect.
Refund terms do not restrict your statutory rights.
